Here is the Latest Update coming out of HighLevel HQ!

Shaun and the team at HighLevel have made a great update to their platform by introducing the concept of an agency owner. This account owner is the primary user of the agency account and will be the primary recipient of key communications such as bills, credit card balance, and financial information. For new accounts, the first user added to the account will be the agency owner. Existing agencies have had the first user automatically made the agency owner. The agency owner has the privilege of transferring ownership to another user and can do so easily from the drop down menu. Agency admins cannot delete or edit the user with the agency owner role, ensuring that the ownership is secure. The owner cannot demote their role to an admin or user without transferring ownership. An email has been sent to all agencies that have been marked as an owner today. HighLevel has provided a support document to educate users on the agency owner role and what they need to know. Shaun and the team at HighLevel have done a great job in making this update and look forward to more amazing updates tomorrow.
