Today, HighLevel is excited to announce that the audit logging feature for refunds is live. This feature allows users to track who is doing refunds as well as audit them for accuracy. This feature is available for both the agency account level and the subaccount level. By going into the settings menu, users can view audit logs with details such as the charge ID, user ID, refund ID, amounts, and date and time. This feature is designed to be both useful and convenient for users and their customers. We hope that this new audit logging feature helps make tracking refunds easier and more efficient.
