Shaun signing off. Creating effective text message templates is a great way to save time and increase customer engagement. HighLevel’s latest how to video shows you how to create and use these templates in the conversations tab. To begin, navigate to the marketing tab and select add template. Then, type in a name for the template that accurately describes what it is for. After that, you can customize the template by adding text, attaching a file, or adding a file through a URL. Once you’re done, click save. To use the template in the conversations tab, select SMS and click on the insert template icon. From there, you can choose the template you created from the list and the message will automatically populate. With text message templates, you can quickly respond to customers’ needs without having to type out a response every time.
