Here is the Latest Update coming out of HighLevel HQ!

Today, we’re extremely excited to announce the release of a new feature on HighLevel: multi phone numbers for contacts. This feature was highly requested and came with over 577 votes on Canny, one of the highest voted items in all the ideas lists. With this feature, users can now add multiple phone numbers to each contact, which will show up on the right hand side with options for work, home, mobile and more. In addition to this, users can click into the contact to add, delete and change the category of the phone numbers. To access the feature, users can find it in the ‘Labs’ section of the Subaccounts area in the settings. This feature will be switched on for all users in 31 days, but can be turned on earlier to give users time to update their documents and customers. Other upcoming features include conversation support for additional phone numbers, bulk import functionality and availability of additional funders during contact export. Lastly, users can designate a primary phone number for all contact interactions when dialing out.
