Shaun from HighLevel has some great updates to share with everyone! To ensure the security of their message and voice call recording flows, HighLevel has implemented basic authentication for all media entering the system. This security enhancement has been implemented ahead of the deadline, making them compliant and raising the security level across the board. In addition, customer feedback has resulted in the removal of language found in order forms. Customers are no longer required to check a box in order to comply with terms and conditions. This gives customers the freedom to add their own terms and conditions, or not, to their order forms. HighLevel strives to listen to customer feedback and make the necessary changes, ensuring an awesome experience for everyone!
