Here is the Latest Update coming out of HighLevel HQ!

HighLevel is excited to announce a new feature that allows you to receive inbound calls in the web browser. This feature expands on the two existing options of receiving calls which were being forwarded to a mobile phone number or answering the call natively on the mobile app using VoIP. This new feature will be released in beta and can be enabled in the Labs section of the sub-account. Once enabled, a new checkbox for forwarding calls to the web app will be available under the My Staff or Teams page. There is also a new indicator on the phone number page to specify the brand, brand campaign status. This release also includes additional checks and enhancements to allow brand resubmission after failing rejections. HighLevel is thrilled to offer this new feature and can’t wait to hear what everyone thinks about it. This release is just the first step to transforming the system into an everyday phone system to replace the old phones on the desk. More features such as IVR and Ring Strategies will be released later this quarter.
