How to Enable Stripe Email Receipts

Stripe can automatically send email receipts to your customers. Here's how to enable it.

Enable Email Receipts

1. Go to Stripe Email Settings
2. Toggle on Successful payments
3. Toggle on Refunds (optional)
4. Save

That's it. Stripe will now automatically email receipts to customers after every successful charge and refund.

What Customers Receive

The automatic receipt includes:

• Payment amount
• Last 4 digits of card used
• Date of transaction
• Your business name
• Link to view full receipt

Customization Options

In the same settings area, you can:

• Add your logo to receipts
• Customize the email template
• Set a support email address
• Configure reply-to address
