GHL Plugins

GHL Plugins extends what HighLevel can do out of the box. Founded by Jason Rule, the platform offers 18 plugins and over 1,200 apps that solve problems HighLevel hasn't gotten to yet—or does differently than agencies need.

How GHL Plugins Makes You Money
HighLevel is powerful, but agencies often hit walls: "I wish it could do this." GHL Plugins fills those gaps. Onboarding systems that guide clients through setup, project management beyond opportunities pipelines, custom values that actually work the way you need them. The tools are white-label, so they look native to HighLevel. Your clients never know it's a third-party solution—they just think you have a better platform than everyone else.
## What GHL Plugins Does

The business model is simple: Jason's team watches HighLevel's idea board and Facebook groups, identifies problems agencies keep having, then builds solutions that are:

  1. White-label — Looks like native HighLevel
  2. Instantly deployable — Works across your agency and all sub-accounts
  3. Production-ready — Unlike HighLevel's MVP releases, GHL Plugins can't afford "we'll iterate based on feedback." The tools have to work right out of the gate.

Sometimes HighLevel eventually builds features GHL Plugins had first. That's fine—it validates the problem was real. GHL Plugins had triggers and webhooks eight months before HighLevel did. They had e-signatures a year and a half before HighLevel's native solution.

Top Tools

Onboarding System

Step-by-step client onboarding that guides users through setup. When a client completes step 1, step 2 appears. No more sending a 47-page PDF and hoping they figure it out.

The key feature: task dependencies. You can make step 10 wait until steps 1-9 are done. If your client's onboarding requires connecting their Google Business Profile before setting up reviews, the system enforces that order.

Project Management / Task Manager

HighLevel's opportunities pipeline works for sales, but it breaks down for delivery. The GHL Plugins Task Manager is built for fulfillment—tracking what needs to happen after the deal closes.

Each sub-account gets its own task boards, support ticketing, and time tracking. You can charge for it as a premium feature of your SaaS. See the full Task Manager page for details.

Custom Values Tools

Two tools that solve HighLevel's custom values limitations:

  • CV Initiator — Bulk-create and manage custom values across accounts
  • Global Search — Find and update custom values without clicking through endless menus

If you've ever lost track of a custom value or needed to update the same value across 50 sub-accounts, these save hours.

White-Label Support System

A help desk that lives inside HighLevel. Your clients submit tickets without leaving the platform, and your team responds from a unified dashboard. White-labeled, so it's your support system, not GHL's.

Plugins vs Apps

Plugins = Features that enhance HighLevel (onboarding, project management, custom values)

Apps = Integrations that connect to external tools

The suite includes both. Some agencies only want the onboarding tool. Others want the full project management system. Some just need better custom values handling.

Pricing

  • Full Suite: $197/month with 7-day free trial
  • Annual: 10 months for the price of 12 (2 months free)

Professional Services

Beyond the plugins, GHL Plugins offers setup assistance and custom development. If you need help implementing their tools or building something specific for your agency, their team can help.
