What Is Lead Connector?
Lead Connector is HighLevel's gray-label mobile app — it's the public-facing version of HighLevel. Anything your clients might see uses the "Lead Connector" name instead of HighLevel. You tell your clients "go download Lead Connector," not "go download HighLevel."
Same login credentials as the desktop. Same data. Just built for your phone.
Give Your Clients Access
This is one of the most underused features in HighLevel. Your sub-account clients can download Lead Connector and manage their own leads from their phone — no desktop required.
Real example: a handyman client downloads Lead Connector, and when new leads come in he can call them, talk to them, tag them, and manage his pipeline right from the app. He's basically using your HighLevel from his pocket.
To set this up, just send your client the App Store or Play Store link and tell them to log in with their sub-account credentials. That's it.
Mobile App vs Desktop Softphone
HighLevel gives you two ways to make calls: the desktop softphone (built into the web browser) and the Lead Connector mobile app on your phone. Both use your HighLevel number — same caller ID either way.
Call quality can vary based on your internet connection, your location, and your device. We haven't done extensive testing to say one is definitively better than the other. Try both and see which works better for your setup.

How to Download Lead Connector (iPhone)
Open the App Store on your iPhone and search for "Lead Connector" — spell it out, L-E-A-D. You'll see the app with the orange box icon. Tap download, and once it's installed, log in with the same username and password you use on the desktop. You'll get a two-factor authentication code, enter it, and you're in.
From there you can look up contacts, make phone calls, and manage your CRM from anywhere.
