Why Custom 404 Pages Matter
When visitors land on a broken or non-existent URL, they see a 404 page. A custom 404 page:
- Keeps visitors on your site — Don't lose them to a dead end
- Maintains brand consistency — Matches your site's look
- Provides helpful navigation — Point them to useful pages
- Reduces bounce rate — Give them somewhere to go
How to Set Up a Custom 404 Page
Step 1: Create Your 404 Page
Build a page in your funnel or website builder with:
- Your branding (logo, colors)
- A friendly "page not found" message
- Links to your homepage or popular pages
- Optionally, a search box
Step 2: Navigate to Domain Settings
Go to Settings → Domains and find the domain you want to configure.
Step 3: Edit the Domain
Click the edit icon and find the 404 page setting.
Step 4: Select Your Custom Page
Choose the page you created from the dropdown.
Step 5: Save
Save your settings and test by visiting a non-existent URL on your domain.
