How to Add Me as an Agency Admin in HighLevel
Most agencies juggle 5-10 tools that don't talk to each other. HighLevel replaces them with one platform—CRM, email, landing pages, SMS, scheduling. Save on subscriptions, learn one system. Plus white-label it and resell to clients as your own software.
If we're working together — whether I'm building workflows, setting up your CRM, or helping you get HighLevel dialed in — the fastest way to get me started is to add me as an agency admin. It takes about 30 seconds and I'll get an email notification so I can jump right in.

Step by Step
- Log into your HighLevel account and make sure you're in the Agency View (not a sub-account)
- Go to Settings
- Click Team
- Click Add Employee
- Fill in my details using the copy-paste tool below
- Set the User Role to Admin
- Hit Save
That's it. I'll get an email, and I can get to work.
My Details — Copy and Paste
Use the tool below to generate my email address for your account. Type your company name and hit the button — it'll give you a unique email you can paste straight into HighLevel.
Why the plus sign? The james+yourcompany@ddxweb.com format lets me keep every client's notifications organized in one inbox. Everything before the + is the real mailbox, and everything after it is just a label. Gmail, Outlook, and most email providers support this. It means when your account sends me a notification, I can instantly see which account it's coming from.
If your company name has spaces, just smush the words together or use a dash. Keep it simple — it's just a label so I can tell accounts apart.
What Happens Next
Once you save, HighLevel sends me a notification. I'll log in, poke around, and get oriented. If we've already talked about what needs building, I'll start right away. If not, I'll reach out and we'll figure out a game plan.
The admin role gives me full access to your agency settings, sub-accounts, workflows, and integrations. That's the level I need to do the work without running into permission walls every five minutes.
