New conversation filters live!

Here is the Latest Update coming out of HighLevel HQ!

HighLevel has released two new filters for the conversation screen in their app. The first filter, Last Message Direction, allows users to filter conversations based on whether the last message was inbound or outbound. This filter is applicable to messages post May 9th 2023. The second filter, Last Outbound Message Type, enables users to filter messages based on whether the last outbound message was manual or automated. This helps users to better understand the conversations currently happening in the app. The team behind HighLevel have worked hard to create these new filters and make the system more efficient and less reliant on My SQL.
