What Content AI Does

When you're stuck on what to write, hit the Content AI button and it will:

• Generate multiple variations of your post
• Create captions for social media
• Help with writer's block
• Suggest engaging copy

How to Enable Content AI

For Agency Admins

1. Go to Agency Settings → Company
2. Find the Content AI toggle
3. Enable it

For SaaS Configurator

1. Open the SaaS Configurator
2. Scroll to find Content.AI
3. Enable it for your sub-accounts

Using Content AI in Social Planner

1. Go to Marketing → Social Planner
2. Click Create New Post
3. When you need help, click Content AI
4. Review the generated variations
5. Copy and customize as needed

Plan Requirements

Content AI is available on:

• $497 Agency Pro plan
• $297 plan (limited features)

The feature is opt-in — you must enable it to use it.

Content AI vs ChatGPT Workflow Action

Content AI (described above) generates content in the HighLevel UI — social posts, emails, blog drafts. It's a writing assistant. The ChatGPT premium workflow action is different — it processes data through AI inside a workflow. Use it to analyze sentiment, calculate dates, compose contextual replies, or any mid-automation AI logic. Both use OpenAI under the hood, but for different purposes.
