Founder of GHL Plugins, a suite of 18 plugins and 1,200+ apps that extend HighLevel's capabilities. Jason's background is in operations and making things work, which shows in how GHL Plugins approaches product development.

Background

GHL Plugins has been around for nearly three years (as of late 2025). The business model: watch HighLevel's idea board for things agencies keep asking for, then build solutions that are white-label and instantly deployable.

Jason's specialty is operations—taking "I wish HighLevel could do this" and turning it into a working tool. Unlike HighLevel's MVP-first approach where they release features and iterate based on data, GHL Plugins has to ship production-ready tools from day one. Agencies can't wait for iteration.

GHL Plugins Philosophy

The team pays attention to two things:

  1. What agencies need — Problems from the community and idea board
  2. What business owners need — Gaps that make day-to-day operations harder

When HighLevel eventually builds features GHL Plugins had first, that's validation. GHL Plugins had triggers and webhooks eight months before HighLevel. They had e-signatures a year and a half before HighLevel's native solution.

The goal isn't to compete with HighLevel—it's to fill gaps until HighLevel catches up, then move on to the next problem.
