WAVV: The Multi-Line Dialer Inside HighLevel
WAVV is a power dialer that runs inside HighLevel. Instead of dialing one number at a time, it works your list and drops you into the call once somebody actually picks up. The pitch is more live conversations per hour without hiring anybody to make them.

The Old Way: One Number at a Time
Out of the box, HighLevel dials one number at a time. You click a contact, it rings, you wait. Somebody picks up maybe one time out of ten, so most of your day is spent listening to a phone ring and leaving the same voicemail over and over.

Okay, so if your team is supposed to call 300 people today, that math gets rough in a hurry.
What It Actually Does
WAVV shows up as a custom menu link on the left side of HighLevel, so you are not bouncing out to some other piece of software. You go into your contacts, select the leads you want to work, and click a button. It opens up right there with your list loaded.
Then you hit dial and it calls three people at once.
It is kind of like ringing three doorbells at the same time instead of one, and then walking to whichever door actually opens. When somebody picks up, their contact record pops up in front of you and you have your normal conversation. Malia's line for it was that a list taking you ten hours takes about four instead.
What Happens When Two People Answer
That was my first question, and it is probably yours too. Right? If you are running three lines and two people pick up at the same time, what happens to the one you are not talking to?
WAVV handles it two ways on the back end. The person you did not get to hears a callback message, something like "hey, sorry, this is James, I had to hop on the other line real quick, I will give you a call right back." Then as soon as you finish the call you are on, it dials that person back for you automatically. And if a line hits voicemail, it drops your pre-recorded voicemail in the background so you never have to think about it.
Dispositions Are the Part That Matters
Here is the piece that makes this a HighLevel tool instead of just a dialer sitting next to HighLevel.
When you wrap up a call, a set of dispositions pops up. You click the one that fits, something like "booked an appointment for next week," and that disposition drops a tag on the contact. The tag triggers your automation. So the outcome of the call feeds straight back into the workflows you already built, which is the whole reason you are in HighLevel in the first place.
You configure these at the agency level in the WAVV admin. Every disposition maps to a tag, and each one gets sorted into a category so the platform can run call reports for you. No answer, voice message, and bad number are all automatic, so your reps are not clicking a thousand times a day just to log the calls nobody picked up.

The Settings Panel
Everything lives in one place inside HighLevel:
- How many lines you dial at once
- Your dialing modes
- Outbound number and caller ID name
- Time zone protection, so nobody on your team is calling California at six in the morning
- Call recordings, which you can export
- Pre-recorded voicemails for the auto-drop
- Your callback message
- A do-not-contact list and full call history
- A mobile app, so callbacks can come through your phone
And one that made me laugh: you can connect Spotify. The music plays while the lines are ringing and cuts out the second somebody answers. If you have ever spent an entire day listening to a ringtone you understand exactly why that feature exists.
Who This Is Actually For
Malia was straight with me about this and I appreciated it. Their customers are mostly insurance agents and solar companies. People who have to call 200, 300, sometimes 700 people every single day or the business does not grow.
So if you are making a handful of calls a week, this is not your tool. The whole value is in volume, and you would be paying for lines nobody is using. If you have got somebody on your team living on the phone all day, that is when the math starts working.
There is also a reseller angle. If you are running a SaaS on HighLevel and you want to upsell a dialer to your sub-accounts, they have options for that and you make a commission on it, same way you rebill anything else in your stack.
One more thing worth saying plainly: WAVV is an independent company and is not affiliated with HighLevel. It integrates deeply, but it is not a HighLevel product and they are not the ones supporting it.
How to Redeem the 10% Off
Head over to wavv.com/plans and pick the plan that fits your call volume. Every plan comes with a 7 day free trial, so you can run your list through it before you pay anything.
When you do go to pay, the Stripe checkout page has a promo code box. Enter TMS10 in that box and it takes 10% off your first purchase. That code also tells them the referral came from the show, which is what keeps these interviews coming.
If you are not sure which plan lines up with your volume, they will get on a quick call and walk you through it. Malia mentioned that on the video and the scheduling link is right on the plans page.
Thanks again to Malia for taking the time to walk through all of it. Let me know how it goes if you end up running your list through it.
