How To Use the Reporting Tab – Agent Reporting

Are you trying to track staff performance and productivity in your HighLevel account? The reporting tab is the perfect resource to generate reports for your agents and staff activity. On the top of the reporting page, you’ll find the agent reporting section where you can select your staff and set a date range to compare metrics. Once you’ve chosen the dates, click on Fetch to retrieve the data. The report outlines opportunities, conversions, SMS messages, emails, and call stats for each staff member. There’s also a leaderboard to encourage friendly competition and help motivate staff. Knowing the performance of your team is essential to determine if goals are being met in the HighLevel account. With the reporting tab, the metrics of each staff member are easy to access and review. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
