What the Date Time Formatter Does

This premium action allows you to:

Format dates — Convert from one format to another (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY to "January 15, 2024")
Compare dates — Check if a date is before, after, or equal to another
Calculate differences — Find the time between two dates
Parse incoming data — Handle various date formats from webhooks

How to Enable Premium Actions

Before using the Date Time Formatter:

Go to your Agency Settings
Navigate to Company → Settings
Enable LC Premium Triggers and Actions
Save your settings

The premium actions will now be available in workflows.

Common Use Cases

Format Appointment Dates

Convert raw appointment timestamps into readable formats for emails:

Input: 2024-01-15T14:30:00Z
Output: Monday, January 15th at 2:30 PM

Compare Dates for Reminders

Build conditional logic based on date comparisons:
