Accessing the Appointment Report
- Go to Reporting in the left sidebar
- Select Appointment Report
What the Report Shows
Overview Metrics
- Total Bookings — Appointments scheduled
- Confirmations — Appointments confirmed by contact
- Shows — Appointments that were kept
- No-Shows — Appointments missed
Individual Appointment Details
For each appointment, you'll see:
- Date and time booked
- Appointment date requested
- Contact name
- Who created the appointment (contact vs. staff)
- Current status
Filtering the Report
By Calendar
Select a specific calendar to view only appointments from that booking calendar.
By Date Range
Set a start and end date to analyze specific time periods. Useful for:
- Weekly performance reviews
- Monthly reporting
- Campaign analysis
Using Appointment Data
