Accessing the Appointment Report

  1. Go to Reporting in the left sidebar
  2. Select Appointment Report

What the Report Shows

Overview Metrics

  • Total Bookings — Appointments scheduled
  • Confirmations — Appointments confirmed by contact
  • Shows — Appointments that were kept
  • No-Shows — Appointments missed

Individual Appointment Details

For each appointment, you'll see:

  • Date and time booked
  • Appointment date requested
  • Contact name
  • Who created the appointment (contact vs. staff)
  • Current status

Filtering the Report

By Calendar

Select a specific calendar to view only appointments from that booking calendar.

By Date Range
