The HighLevel team has released a new feature, Premium Workflow Actions, to replace the need for Zapier. This feature is available on the Pro plan and allows users to pass on costs to their clients with markup. Premium Workflow Actions enable users to send data into HighLevel using an inbound webhook and create or update contacts using the information. Users can also use the feature to look up rows in a spreadsheet, create columns and update the total. The feature also allows users to turn on rebilling and create white labeled instructions for their clients. Premium Workflow Actions are a great way for agencies to start adding additional revenue and can be used to update ticketing systems based on time.
