Background

Andrew came into AI from an unlikely direction — philosophy and educational theory. When GPT-3 was announced in November 2022, he looked at his wife and said, "I'm switching careers starting tomorrow." That conviction hasn't wavered.

His thesis is that understanding how humans teach, learn, and communicate gives you a natural advantage in prompting. AI is modeled after the brain. If you understand philosophical paradigms — how knowledge is structured from Ancient Greece to modern patent law — you can prompt anything.

He connected with Josh Nelson's Seven Figure Agency community through an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) session, which is how he ended up on The Marketing Show.

AI Approach

Andrew uses Claude as his primary tool for client work, specifically Claude Projects. His setup includes dedicated projects for ICP research, buyer personas, case studies, and industry statistics — each kept under 5% capacity to maintain output quality. He's built custom styles for VSLs, social media posts, lead magnets, and email sequences.

His bigger conviction is that marketers need to move beyond the browser. He advocates for Claude Code — working in the terminal through VS Code, where you get full file access, can deploy agents, run Python scripts, and scrape data without hitting memory limits.
