QR Codes

QR Codes
Two-dimensional barcodes that link to URLs, contact info, or other data. Smartphone cameras read them automatically.
Use Cases
- Link print materials to digital (business cards → LinkedIn, flyers → HighLevel forms)
- Restaurant menus, event registration, Wi-Fi passwords
- Track offline Marketing by using unique URLs per QR code
Creating QR Codes
Canva generates them. Most URL shorteners (Bitly, Rebrandly) do too. Use dynamic QR codes when possible—you can change the destination URL without reprinting.
Best Practices
- Test before printing
- Make them big enough to scan easily
- Include a call-to-action ("Scan to register")
- Track with UTM parameters or dedicated landing pages
